Togo

The voodoo gods of Togo are not easily un­derstood separ­ate from their mater­ial­iz­ations. Con­trary to the god of mono­theist re­li­gion, the "voo­doo" are powers which can be manipu­lated and in­vested into fabric­ated ob­jects. These are concentra­tions of nu­mer­ous in­gredi­ents, mater­ial as well as im­mater­ial, such as know­ledge.
